FAQS

How does the Subscription deposit work?

As a requirement for your investment, we are asking for a deposit of $5,000, which will be credited towards your investment in full. This deposit is non-refundable. By making this deposit, you are showing your commitment to the investment and agreeing to the terms outlined in the subscription agreement.
To submit your deposit, you can send your deposit via a bank wire transfer, check, or with the following Cryptocurrency ETH, BUSD or USDC.

Who can access your cabin?

Only you and your guests will have access to your cabin. Staff will only enter with an appointment for scheduled maintenance and lawn care.

Club members dues

Members' dues are $20,000 per year. Starting after the ranch opens. Members dues are used for a wide range of items, such as property taxes, electricity, trash, food, labor, upgrades and maintenance etc... Equates to $1,666.66 per month. Can be paid yearly or monthly.

How long is my membership valid for?

Your membership will remain valid as long as you are a member of the LLC. Your Club membership and ends upon the transfer of your shares.

Can I live full time at the ranch?

Yes, absolutely that is the main benefit of being a member.

Cabin furnishings?

Yes, each cabin will be supplied with furniture and appliances. You may also request no furnishings if you want to use your own. The manager will speak with each Cabin Club Member to address specific needs.

Who can access the ranch?

The ranch is a members only ranch however you are allowed to bring guests. All guests must be pre-registered for security purposes prior to checking into the ranch. All guests can stay a maximum of 30 days per year. (Guests are Non-Immediate family members.

How will the ranch sustain revenue?

We have multiple avenues of income generation planned for the ranch. The farming operation is one of those avenues. Please see the PPM for more information.

How long will construction take?

Construction is estimated to take 24-36 months, but there is a possibility that some parts of the project may be completed much sooner than expected

Where will the ranch be located

The ranch will be located in Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Kansas or Wyoming. We are aiming for Missouri. These states have been chosen due to the political climate, laws, and taxes for this type of project.
