Your club membership will be given in the form of an NFT. Each cabin and its plot will be tied to your club membership. Your NFT will also be used to access the club, governance, and other functions on the property.

Only you and your guests will have access to your cabin. Staff will only enter with an appointment for scheduled maintenance and lawn care.
Members' dues are $20,000 per year. Starting after the ranch opens. Members dues are used for a wide range of items, such as property taxes, electricity, trash, food credits, labor, upgrades and maintenance etc... Equates to $1,666 per month. Can be paid yearly or monthly. One of our top priorities is to remove members dues in the future.
YES, If you're no longer intending to use your membership you may resell your membership. We, however are not creating a marketplace for the resale and cannot guarantee a secondary market will exist. As an NFT, the memberships are automatically tradable on the secondary market. What does it mean by the secondary market? Once a person receives the membership NFT, all future transactions happen on a secondary market, such as Opensea.io. Opensea is the first and the largest peer-to-peer marketplace for crypto goods (think eBay for crypto assets), which includes collectibles, gaming items, and other virtual goods backed by a blockchain. On OpenSea, anyone can buy or sell these items through a smart contract.
Yes, all secondary sales on Opensea include 2.5% to Opensea and a 2.5% Transfer fee to Doomsday Ranch LLC, both of which are paid by the seller. If selling your membership you must plan accordingly to have your personal belongings out of the cabin. Anything left in the cabin after your sale will be discarded.
Your membership will remain valid as long as you are a token holder. Your membership and any associated standard memberships end upon the transfer of your legacy membership.

Yes, each cabin will be supplied with furniture and appliances.
The ranch is a members only ranch however you are allowed to bring guests. All guests must be registered for security purposes upon check in to the ranch. All non club members can stay a maximum of 30 days per year. If you would like them to stay long term you only need to pay for a standard membership for each member.
We have multiple avenues of income generation planned for the ranch. The farming operation is one of those avenues. Crypto mining using green energy is another avenue. Remember no profits can be given to members, this revenue will be used to further the Doomsday Ranch and its goals of removing members dues and adding more member benefits.
Construction is estimated to take 24 months. Cabins will be built in the order received and the cabins will take precedent over other aspects of the ranch. After funding and the land purchase. We will discuss plot locations and accommodations that might be needed with each member. Legacy Members will be able to choose from the allotted plots in the order received.
The ranch will be located in Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, or Wyoming. We are aiming for Missouri. These states have been chosen due to the political climate, laws, and taxes for this type of project.
